Drive Shower Choice

Hmmm, didn't see him ask about inspection cap mount. In that case he's right, or at least I'm not aware of one that would work. The Halo I think has 10 dump ports to flood the area, I would definitely recommend he speak with Simrek to see what they think in that case.

I have the same problem with my latham, only the cover is made different where the steering rams connect its raised higher. I have a pair of eddie marine I'm try to make work but I don't see it happening. I thought Latham made a shower that went thru the opening in the of top the bracket on the inspection plate. I haven't really seen much info on it and wonder how much water would get thru.

Here is the response I received from Simrek.
Steve,
Happy holidays. Yes we do. It's a custom Summit design that has 11 dump ports. It bolts to one of the top studs. The cost is $129.95 plus $9.95 for S&H.
Thanks,

Here is a pic of what I can do for you. $149.95 Shipped to you. It has a shield that goes underneath the Latham cap that captures the water and forces it down the sides of the drive where its effective. The shield is stainless steel so there will be no corrosion issues. It works very well. Money back if you are not satisifed.

Either way, discounted or not, they are more than worth it even if you get them for simply keeping the drive clean.
