Default The search is over!!!!

Thanks to Rod of Performance Marine in Oshkosh, WI
http://www.perfmarine.net/
I have begun the process of rebuilding my motor.

Rod, a fellow OSOer, sold me a perfect 454 Gen VI block. Looks practically brand new! He showed me his most impressive facility, 100+ big blocks, awesome performance boats, and every engine/drive part one could imagine.

Everything he has is torn down and inspected prior to sale. He is a gentleman and definately someone that I would highly recommend and do business with again! He sells quality parts at reasonable prices, not cheap, fair and reasonable.

By the way, Rod had (2) 800+ HP brand new engines sitting there under plastic if anyone is interested!!!

Thank You Rod!!

Default more...

Performance Marine is a full service facility, and engine shop, not a parts store. My previous post made it sound like it was a parts supplier only.

I have talked to Rod on a few occasions too. He's seems trust worthy, friendly, professional and has been willing to answer my questions.

Thumbs up

You can trust Rod 100% - very friendly. I was building up a 540, had several questions/bugs to work out. We talked on the phone/e-mail and worked things out. All his advice was voluntary and on his own time. He even told me to call back if their were any other concerns he could help with. VERY knowledgable. I need to take his advice on full tube headers (it needs to breathe a little more), but don't want to put that kind of money into this boat.
