From the number on the prop you gave us it looks to be a 21 pitch prop.....and cleavers arent all that great for everyday use either....probably spins the RPM's up there while trying to get on plane...5000rpm on a stock 330 is pushing it!!...i'd definetly go to a biger prop like the Mirage 23 that was suggested. Best thing to try is find a buddy that has a bigger prop and see if they will let ya try it. Boats all seem to react differently but atleast you can get a good starting point.

Joe,
Once again great advice here! I would recommend trying a Mirage Plus 23P. Your recommended WOT is 4600 to 5000.
This should bring your RPM down while still keeping you in your torque band. Try to find one locally to try. If you aren't sucessful give me a call and I will ship you one. Keep Us posted!

You will get approx. 200rpm change with one inch prop pitch changed. Therefore, with a 23p mirage you could expect to run at 4600rpm (400 drop). I would prop your 330hp for about 4800 which would leave you needing a 22 inch pitch prop. Get the 23 mirage like everyone says and test it as is. Then if you don't like the boats attitude you could get the 23 mirage repitched to a 22 ($100). Labbing the 23 pitch could be another good option at that point for a little more jingle.
