Beck Racing Engines--comments

Is anyone out there using Beck Racing Engines? I saw their work at the LA Boat Show and they seemed to be offering a nice product for the price.
Specifically, I was interested in their NA 604 C.I engine. They claim 823 hp and 786 ft # torque at 4500 rpm on 91 octaine. They use a Dart Big M Tall Deck, Dart heads, and a lot of Crane and Manley parts.
The asking price for this engine (no headers) is $19,999.
The engine is broken in on the dyno and they offer a 1 year warranty on the engine.
Any comments would be helpful

Yes, they use a Crane hydraulic roller cam.
I believe he stated that all Beck engines use a 10.5:1 compression.
The engine is stated at 823 hp @ 5900 rpm, and 786 ft # torque @ 4500 rpm on 91 octane.
Is this realistic?

I don't have any first hand experience with Beck Racing Engines, but you may want to ask around and try to find some past customers for feedback. You can probably find some info on them at the hotboat message boards, www.hotboat.net
