Can anyone tell me waht prop design would work best for my 1984 26' Nova spyder with twin 400hp small blocks. My boat is a heavy "6700" lbs I am running 25 Pitch ballistic SS on them at 5200 rpms. I was thinking of getting Mirrage plus' or two "stern lifting" 4 blades.............HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can try a hydromotive 22 four blade or the 22 pitch Bravo they actually lift the complete boat not just the stern/good luck/Darin

Try a Merc Rev4. They are made for heavy boats. I have an old Liberator and see more stern and bow lift plus better speed with the Rev4. All the three blades i tested would blow out as I trimmed up. The Rev4 stays hooked and allows me to trim up the nose quite a bit higher. Worth a test drive if you can find one.
