Can the power steering pump be mounted on the other side?

Now that you have the windscreen, dash, seats and steering apart, I can see how you would want to rip the PS pump off the boat too
...Why dont you hack the nose off her while you`re at it and graft a Fountain beak on it also!!!
PUT THE THING BACK TOGETHER DUDE... BOATING SEASON IS HERE!!!!!!!!

I'm interested in that part # also. My Formula has the pump on the starboard side (due to Prochargers) but my Sonic is on the port side & would like to switch as I have added Latham steering & the reservoir is the same as the Formula's......

My boat has a ps pump on both motors. Are there any draw back to this? The benefit is obvious.

Sutphen30: Even if you can just get me a serial number off your motors or tell me what they are maybe I can chase it down that way if you can not find the part number on the bracket.

Hey cuda..instead of adding a second pump and all that parasitic HP loss, try reducing the diameter of your pulley. This should get your pump spinning faster at low RPM and get more flow moving. This usually works just fine. As for the priority valve, you can do this with a tee and two check valves on the pressure lines just the same. The trick is to return in series not in parallel.
