Sorry for delaying in getting back, DSL been down for 4 days. Anway looks like I may have solved my problem without chaging cards. Seems the choke has been hanging up and failing to close by about 1/4". With some adjustment I think it may solve most my problem. If not than I will be trading it out for a Holley.
