Yes its possible. I had it done. Added cupping and rake for bow lift and thinned the trailing edge for reduced stern lift.

Houston Prop did the work. My X-dim is TOO high and I really haven't seen all the benefits yet. Still can't get enough bow lift, but the prop changes helped. The prop does stay hooked up better with more trim and will stay on plane at lower rpms.
I'm lowering the drive an inch this week so hopefully that will help.

I just switched from a mirage 23 p to a Bravo 1 22 p but with great results. Much better hole shot, better cruise speed at lower RPM's and top end remained the same. However with the Mirage I spun at 4600 RPM and the B1 at 5000. I've been told these are marked on the high side for pitch. That the 22 B1 is really more like a 20-21. Sounds like you need to go down in pitch.
