How did you arive at the calculation. I do mine using a checker push rods and machinest blueing on the valve tip. Then roll the cam around a few times to check the contact patch. also i check the lift on each valve with and with out valve lash before and after I replace the checker push rods with the new ones

I to am showing world part #073010 for the eight bolts and Manley part #42102 for the washers. To check my geometry I got the plastic gage that manley makes at the speed shop that slips over the rocker stud and you use a feeler gage to check the difference and all seemed to work out well for me.

i cut and rebuild one for myself, then did the same things like you did and here is the results
-7,800 intake
-8,600 exhaust
but i cant find these sizes...
i finnaly spoked to crane cams after 19 minutes of call waiting they say that they have to custom build .....

Did you try www.manleyperformance.com sight to see what they offered on the push rods?

I ordered ARP headbolts recently and had to add an extra washer underneath the headbolt's to make it work. I have a mark VI block and the bolts were running all the way to the end of the hole. i wound up cutting an 1/8" off the threads and re-tapping the end. It all worked out fine after that.
