Default polished props rusting

not sure imingo,I suppose you could have them chrome plated? or a smooth power coating applied which is pretty neat and you can get different textures.

super smooth,semi rough,ect, different colors

not sure what to tell you,we could polish them with our process which is a lot different than the factorys electro polish (machine) I bet ours would last a long time if they were wiped down after each use.

I know you said stern, but a 4 bld will slow you down ,get the 3 bld dialed in right and ride on the prop with more top end speed ,

although it just depends on the type of ride you are looking for ,

also the bravo one 4 bld is a good and very popular prop. maybe a 24 would be a good choice if it was labbed .

Default paint on props

nope,it will not stay on.

omc uses Teflon on some of there props and it stays on great, not sure how you could do that as I am sure there is a baking process.

I guess you could hit them with a scotch-brite pad when they start to rust ,and keep them wiped down with wd-40,just A idea.

Thanks again!

I guess powder coating is going to be the answer. I was hoping you had a magic answer.
