Default Repair 1/2" scratch in paint/clearcoat - Advice

Looking at donzi with the basf diamond base coat/clear coat paint and there is a scratch about 1/2 inch wide and about 10" long. It was touched up but needs to be redone. Are there any issues I should be aware of with this paint.

Also around the fuel vent there is staining that also needs to be addressed.

What is the best wat to clean thes up so it will look like it was never damaged or stained?

As always thank you for your advice.

if you want it to look like new you will most likely need someone good at color matching and blending paint, the stain area you might try to use a wax/restorer are a light compound on this
