The ones from Eddie Marine are a bit cheaper,, like 650.. with everything except the switch, which I believe the sun already has..

Just remember that you will have to drill out your current holes to a tad over 4.5 ". Not the easiest thing to do if you have previouslly drilled 4.0 " Not the hardest either.

Hmmm, Eddie marine huh? I'll have to take a look at them. I've got some time before making a decision. Mig i have thought about the 4.5" hole requirement and feel that's the one downside to the Teagues. I know I would be a little nervous trying to cut an extra 0.5" into the standing hole...

Default 4.5" hole

To increase the holes in the transom from 4" to 4.5" bolt a 4" holesaw inside a 4.5" it will plug up a little but works great.

I was going to say the same thing,,, just put 2 hole-saw's together.. most have holes in them that you can run bolts through one to the other,, works great..

Never thought of that, good info. Doesn't sound so intimidating that way...
