Default Vapor lock?

I have a 95' 271 Formula w/ a 454mag efi & a Bravo III. I was at the lake this last weekend and Saturday I had been coved out all afternoon. I took my sister back to the dock and came back and took another person for ride. I tied back up for about an hour. When we were ready to leave I ran the blower for a few minutes, started the boat and took off. I turned the blower off as soon as I got on plane (I usually leave the blower running a lot longer) and after about 1 minute or so the motor started to bog down completly. I can't remember if I turned it off or it died, but I sat there for a minute or two and it started back up and it ran fine the rest of the weekend. I watch my guages religously and nothing appeared to be wrong as I took off. Anyone have any suggestions? Do efi's have vapor lock?

I believe if it were vapor lock, your motor wouldn't have started.

Coulda been an anomaly (dirt, blob of water, air bubble).
