Horizon vs Merc?

what is the difference between a 350 Horizon vs a 350 Merc motor?

As far as I know, the Horizon comes with closed cooling system and a longer warranty. I think it comes with a 3 year vs the standard 1 year. I am almost positive that the internals are the same.
