Default Bravo 1 unit won't go down

I have twin bravo 1 drive units with lathem hyd. steering. One of the drives wont go down but the trim sender sounds fine just wont engage. These are brand new drives on a 04 when I put it away last week all was fine any info would be great. Thanks

alot of twin engine boats have a switch for starboard and port drives, in my 32 active thunder they are under the rear seat.

when you say switch a manual override switch kinda of like a transom switch. if i don't could it be a solenoid the trim still humms when you hit it it just wont go down with the other drive thanks

What do you mean trim sender sounds fine but won't engage? The sender is the round black cap on the pivots of the outdrives. Do you have mechanical or electrical trim indicators?

I assume you mean trim pumps..... Mounted in the engine compartment. No manual overide switch. There will be reset breakers, but it sounds like you have power do to the humming.

With the boat being a new '04, Best to let the dealer fix it under warrrenty

If its an outlaw do you have both battery switches on?
I found out that one switch and battery controls the port side engine and outdrive and the other side controls the starboard.

Yes it is , but i think it is a valve stuck in the trim pump that wont let it go down since the trim still cycles it just wont go down. Thanks
