How much to replace uppers in this drive?

How much to replace uppers in this drive?

A friend of mine has a little fishing boat that has an OMC Cobra drive with a little 4 banger. The uppers of the drive are toast including the case. What should it cost to fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try calling Lin Callaway at 727-360-2980 and tell him Sean@ Aftermarket Marine sent you.He should have a re-built unit.
