Default efi alarm help

i have a 99 454 mag efi 385hp the alarm goes off about 10 seconds after start up. the temp is good the oil press is good and the drive res. is full. i unplugged all three sensors and nothing changed. i did make sure i unplugged the sensor for the alarms and not the guages. what is the correct way to troubleshoot this problem??????
