Red face Hydromotive P5X vs. Mercury Maximus

I've been hearing great things about the Hydromotive P5X, especially it's improved hole shot and increased mid-range, but evidentally they are very back ordered and will have to wait a while.

How about the Maximus? Are these readily available? Anyone heard anything impressive about these props? How about cost? Still looking to pick up mid range on my 28 Daytona. If I could pick up 5-8 mph mid-range, which are the claims, I would be impressed.
