Hydromotive P5X on a 2007 42 EX? Anybody tried them yet?
Has anybody tried a set of Hydromotive P5X's on a 42 EX with 525 efi Stags?
I am just wondering if it would be a better prop all around over the Bravo 1

WOW, I can't believe nobody has tried these yet.
I am going to order set and I will post results.

Sorry for the delayed response.....I have a 05 42' Ex which had 525's from the factory and 32" bravo props...put 30" p5x's on and gained a ton of midrange and about 1.5 on top end. Sent them back to Hydro and had them labbed and ended up with about 2-2.5 on top and even more mid range pull. Now boat has Whipples and shorties and 33" P5+.
