Even if your running a supercharger, you shouldn't have problems with excessive pressure in the crankcase with two breathers. If it still blows oil out of the dipstick, you have real internal engine problems. I'll give credit to the guy that built my engines, Lenny, at Millenium Marine for doing a great bore and hone job. There is never any noticable blowby at all. Just my .02

Dyno,
Their is no way you could have put a gen 4 cover on a gen 5 and bolted the pan on and not said " something is ucking wrong here". It would be my venture of a guess that a line has come loose somewhere to pump that much oil that quickly.

I scrolled down this thread a bit fast.

Gen VI?

You checked the galley plug at the front. About level with the oil pan rail on the same side as the filter?

Dyno-- Glad everything worked out for you. Thanks for telling us what the problem was. Some of these threads get real interesting and then all of a sudden the thread goes dead.--Lou

Good job Dyno. We'll see you in Grand Haven. Just so you don't feel alone, I was in the bilge last night changing another starter. 548 ci. and timing locked at 35 just tears em up. Now I'm getting excited about Smoke.

Glad you found the leak, just do use a big favor and don't use a mallet on that new balancer draw it on with a bolt or you will damage the main trust bearings.
