Default Best batteries for big systems

I can tell right away that my west marine starting batteries rated at 1000CCA @32 deg group 24's are not going to last long with the new system. What are you doing to run those big systems?

I have a yellow top and blue top (deep cycle) in series that I use to play my sound system and then I have a blue top (high cranking amp) for starting. I have a 2,000 watt system and it will play for quite a while before getting low. Then, I just switch to the good battery to start and the other two batteries charge almost instantly.
