You'll love it. It will turn more heads than a brand new boat.

Twin 350s and TRS drives on that boat will leave you wishing you bought a single engine ski boat. I have an S-Type with Kaama Drives and neither I nor anyone I let drive the boat has any trouble docking it (provided they know anything about twin engines). The drives are fast, efficient and tough as nails. Planing is a little longer than with an outdrive, but the trade off for speed and reliability is MORE than worth it. Had mine for 5 years so far. Only drive repair was patching a boot 3 years ago -- $50.

Welcome to the club. You'll be glad you bought it. People that say how hard they are to dock never have done it. Just come in slow, I come in on one engine only. We want to see some roost soon!

I thought I would let you post it first. I am working on getting it ready to ship. I was right about the shrink wrap -- No one around here does that. Don't worry, I'll get it done!!! (But don't be surprised if you open it up and that damned ferret is in there. )


Guys -- welcome Gerhard to the club. He is a great guy and has honorable intentions for my baby. Also, whoever said he was wrong about Wellcraft making a "Cougar Cat" will need to eat their words. Gerhard has the Wellcraft brocheures from 1981 and 1989 in MINT condition. There WAS a 30' Cougar Cat offered by Wellcraft.
