Plug trim tab hole
I have a trs drive and on my drive shaft housing there is a plug that is described as "plug, trim tab hole". Anyway, my plugs are missing and I noticed that there is water sitting in that hole. I don't know how much water that hole holds but I am concerned about how to drain that hole. Also, what is the purpose of that hole. In the winter the water in that hole may freeze and cause damage. What should I do ? Please Advise?

Re: Plug trim tab hole
Loosen the 3/8" allen screw that hold the trim anode and the water will drain.
BTW, trim the drives all the way in to get all of the water out.
The screw is located deep down in that hole.
