Hi,
I will mount two Promax 300 engines on my Phantom 25. The boat is very narrow, approx. 5,5 feet wide. Due to this we have some challenges.
The engines have to be mounted 22-23 inches centreline to centreline. Would it be possible to get a tie bar with this size?
Since the boat is so narrow, we have limited space for the outboard side mount steering cylinders. How close can the steering cylinders be mounted to the outboard transom bracket. Do I have some options here?
Currently I use a SeaStarPro for the single Promax 300. Is it possible to use the steering helm with Latham / Marine Machines cylinders?
Any ideas?
Have a nice day!

Toffen I don't see how side mounted steering on the outside of the motors would cause any clearance problems and yes you can get a tie bar any size you need. Will the motors mount that close? What you really need on that boat is 2.5s, but you know that. I see no reason your helm will not work, but it may require to many turns lock to lock
