Default Who does the gimbal overhauls?

I saw sometime ago I think on here, a dealer/site that performed basically an overhaul on worn gimbal rings and claimed they would be stronger than when original. You simply sent in your rings and you either got another overhauled set if your/s were totally shot, or yours back better than new. A friend needs this and these folks hawked themselves as a cheaper alternative than buying new. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
