I run Fords. The heads are the A460 heads that Ford Motorsport used to sell but are now sold by TFS. THere are better performing heads but not with the BB Chev exhaust port pattern. With less than radical porting they flow 460/350.
I am trying to get the scoop on the Copper beryllium seats and next the Hard anodizing. Can heads with seats and guides be hard anodized? |

Are you going to do it? I don't understand the anodizing process, I assume heat will create a problem with the disimilar metals, ie bronze guides and copper seats pressed into the aluminum. |

I have run aluminum Dart or Brod ex for two decades and no problems with the
water jackets.Every few years you might have to weld up the water inlet that meets the block.Besides the steel heads are so dam heavy. |
