tim don't you think if we could just get oss and apba and others under one roof for a saturday race , the crowds we be there . it would add a little life back to the sport but it just seems like it will never happen i have been talkin to you about this for years see ya

Unfortunately us the fans do not have very much control over what the race organizations do.
Only if there was a way to do the SBI/APBA races on Saturday and the OSS races on Sunday at the same locations on any given weekend.
Now that would bring in the crowds!
Unfortunately for us here in NJ, they already have their attractions and most businesses could care a less if there was a race here or not....

I wish I was in town for the race. I watched those races every year (born in Morristown, N.J.) Point Pleasant races were the best I have ever seen. BIG, rough water too. I actually have 2 brochures from the races from 1978 timeframe.
