Check out the Gov. website below, looks to me like the original "United we race" expired, and it looks like Haggin "filed" trademark on March 3, 2008, two months before another filed for the same. I'm not a computer guru, so if someone could help post a direct link-I'd appreciate it! Way to go Haggin!

What am I trying to accomplish, you ask? I own the mark UNITED WE RACE™ and am entitled to federal registration. It's a long hairy story.... Watch and see what happens soon after the new year. BTW, I wouldn't be here if AMF's sinister lawyers opted not to ignore my many, many attempts to resolve this issue privately.

If I'm reading between the lines correctly, the "United we race" trademark is in dispute. Haggin appears to own it, and has probably ignored demands from an "extorsionist" to buy what he legally owns. Sounds like AMF's "sinister" lawyers are doing their job.
I have no dog in this fight, but I can't imagine any counsel who approves of message board "bullying". I guess we'll have to see what 2010 brings??
