He is the son of famed Offshore Powerboat Racer, Bobby Moore, who was the first one in Offshore Powerbaot Racing to be a Throttleman in the race boat and things just took off from there. Now a days in Offshore Powerboat Racing you have a Throttleman and a Driver and some still have a navigator.
And offcorse concrats.

Sean h nice photos...its cool seeing one of ours doing a good job overseas...Billy is a great guy...hell i think he had a bigger smile than me on sunday last year in KEY WEST..HES A GREAT COMPETITOR...
