Congrats to Billy Moore taking a podium finish 3rd place in Negotiator in Egypt in Class 1....Good job my friend. See u in KEY WEST....Long time an American on the podium over there....

He is the son of famed Offshore Powerboat Racer, Bobby Moore, who was the first one in Offshore Powerbaot Racing to be a Throttleman in the race boat and things just took off from there. Now a days in Offshore Powerboat Racing you have a Throttleman and a Driver and some still have a navigator.
