"Black Duck" won 29 out of 41 races from '81-'84 when my dad was owner/driver. It was then sold to Nicky Cutro who won many races with it as "Boardwalk," "E&B Marine" and "Pennzoil." He won at least 1 national and 1 world championship, probably more. That boat definitely has 40+ wins under its belt.

daredevil I say all the way to the beginning. I think 1903, There really is no true record. When a boat wins placing a sticker of date and race then leaving it on boat is a good way.

Daredevil APBA is over 100 yrs old starting with the gentlemen racers hydro ect. Each boat that raced no matter what class, date, venue, racer, holds a monitory value based on many factors including what will some pay for it. The Offshore hulls are no different. Compleat history including wins could determine a value of such boat. The boat proven the most wins could be worth more based on that fact. race cars are based on factors such as these and now Some boats are finally be reconized for investment type values.

My vote goes to Mike Seebold. In all of racing Formula 1 and V-bottoms and then with the Cat Killer, although they never raced against anyone, they entered and were listed as winners.

Prop shaft seal broken. Something most have gotten behind prop and ripped it. Water got in drive and bearings were bad. I put all the old bearings in a box and left at his shop.
