This post has taken me and most on OSO by surprise. I don't know what to say to the Turbine Class being done except for exhibition runs by Miss Geico, as Aqua Mania is not running due to an illness. Get well wishes to Aqua Mania Team. JBS Racing, which I thought was coming on strong this year and still looking for a sponsor and now seems to be done, leaving only Miss Geico as the only Turbine Boat in the field. It is anyother sad day for Offshore Powerboat Racing. JBS Racing and Marine Turbine, I really hope that you could work things out and remain friends.

Jeff...how much could you own him....in your video dose it not show you writing a 64k check to them...and now you wrote him 30K more...
Take the turbines out leave them there till you guys can work out the monies or if its not that much, just take out one and leave it at his shop.. in the mean time go and pick your boat up...put it up for sale without engines for now...
The turbines are what...$225-250k a peace...I would think you can't owe him more then 400k...

I don't know the story but that seems to be a pretty good plan

The offer to pay $30k was rejected.taking the turbines out has been rejected.I am not dealing with someone who can possibly make a rational decision.there is plenty of collateral sitting in that shop-gear boxes, extra seats, trailer.the decision to totally screw me and end JBS racing and damage his own reputation is full his conscious decision to do so-without any logical reasoning.I'm doing everything I can -scraping everything I can find -it's of no use-like talking to a mentally I'll rock.I'm going to keep this fully public so people can see exactly what goes on there and how customers are being treated.die say 3out of 3 turbine race teams fully pulling out would be a big enough statement in itself.apparently everyone there thinks it's great and are happy as clams.
I would be picking my boat up...and or picking up my extra gear...if they cannot provide you with a invoice they cannot hold you property....
2 years is a long time for billing...there is going to be a lot of you said, I said, we agreed going on...
the sooner you get your boat out and for sale...the better off you wil be...your in the heart of boating season..
