It would be nice if the city just came out and said it and get all the guessing out of the equation. |
I think Ron hit it on the head

yes he did!!!!!!!!

Since I'm on a roll, I'll try for more.
The CG only wants racing during one week, not two. The town remembers who walked out on who last year so they are doing whats in the best interest of KW. Now, he's my personal input. The town should call a meeting with John C and Bob Bull where they can explain to the town why they can't race together in a unified World Championship. It can happen if they want it to. John is open to it. |
HEY Q-BALL NOW WE GAVE HIM A SWOLLEN HEAD!!!!
FIRST POINT GOOD,SECOND ONE WON'T HAPPEN,BUT SHOULD. QUESTION: NOW THAT THE DATES HAVE CHANGED NOTHING IS IN STONE TILL APRIL 7TH RIGHT?? |
My Opinion Only.
Leave it all alone, let it play out. The more you fuel the fire the hotter it gets. No good for anyone. Smitty

What? Don't you think the town of KW is doing what they think is in their own best interests?
It doesn't matter what happened last year behind the scenes, it's thier perception of what happened that matters. |
My feeling is leave EVERYTHING to the offshore bodies, we're there to have a good time, race and be safe. It desn't matter who did what, when, how or why.....Get over it, it's a NEW year, go foward, or stay behind and ***** about last year. Either way, there's nothing anyone can do about it!

Wouldn't it be better if the media and press could help clear up that "perception" with reality? Wouldn't it be sad if the city officials of Key West made decisions based on "perception" rather than decisions based on informed and educated reality? Just my opinion... |
