Default Key West Questions

I was reading the entry pack for the worlds and a few things are not clear... Do I have to be a member of SBI as well as APBA?? Must I wear a SBI logo on my shirt? How much is the sunoco race gas? Is it just me or does it seem that it is pretty pricey to be a racer there... T-shirt licensing, admissions, VIP, Tents, passes, etc. Is this par for the course? Not *****ing, just curious.....

The other thing that I dont understand is I am qualified as a P3 boat in APBA which of course is speed limited to 89mph, but since we are using SBI rules of average lap speed can I win in P4?? Or stay in P3 and run with boats that will be doing 95mph or more?? I understand that SBI looks at drive ratio, prop and engine to determine your class.

APBA boats won't be using GPS. THey will run under SBI rules with Average lap speeds. You running the yellow boat or the white boat?

Yellow would probably stay in P3, just so you can race Fortress.

Ah, if you don't want to run in Super V, then you'll probably run in P2. In fact you'll be running against this Cig and Apache.

Actually tuned down. They have 500efi's with the 525 converstion. Is that legal? I don't think they can run with the new stuff, but they'll give Dlaw a run for his money.
