Re: The First Amt Inboard
Ryan,
Is he over by National Liquidators???? I know a few girls that work there. |
Re: The First Amt Inboard
I don't know where that is?
|
Re: The First Amt Inboard
When going west on Davie do you cross over 95 to get there or is he on the east side of 95??? National Liqidator's is just on the west side of 95 as you drive passed 95 on the left hand side. You have to drive south on a side road as they are right on the water.

Re: The First Amt Inboard
I am working on getting some photos of the AMT Inboard project. I just had a talk with Andy the owner of AMT. The boat will be available with several horsepower options. He and Lee Austin feel the Generation 3 base will provide the best balance for the boat. The first set will go in stock at 375 hp to get baseline test figures. Andy said a naturally aspirated 800 hp version might become an option.
This is all very premature as the hull just came out of the mold. I don't have many more details. I have raced against various versions of this boat for many years. It is stable and seaworthy and really fast. A 1600 hp version would be comparable to a Lamborghini in many ways, except you could actually afford it. The constant R & D continues at AMT/LA Marine. The tunnel of the next generation AMT's has been dramatically altered, more air=more lift=less drag=more speed. SQ |
Re: The First Amt Inboard
Is the tunnel the same width Steve??? My guess is they are going to widen it to pact more air along with a few other tweaks.
Does this mean we might see You and Lee in an AMT sometime soon as well?? |
Re: The First Amt Inboard
They took the V out of the rear tunnel.
