I need to resize my pictures. Here is one on the dyno.
We did the transaxle. It is a 6-speed semi auto. The Vortec supercharger is located on the trans (driven on the input shaft) to save room in the engine bay. It made over 750 hp and 1000 lb/ft on the roller dyno.

That is very innovative.

This is not a one off. We are working on several versions of this transaxle. There is a manual 5-speed H-pattern (race box) and a syncro - Helical gear (street box) a sequential 6-speed (manual-racebox)
This particular transaxle my father made in 1969 for Indy. It was shelved in the late 80's for transverse type transaxles. We updated the trans last year for use in racing/offroad/street.
Here are some more shots.

Craig,
We are still waiting for the lunch visit. The boat is progressing but slow.

Magnum27,
Bob, the guy who assembled the racecar was working on the Lambo changing the cerpetine belt. I ended up helping put the power steering pump back on. It is a twin supercharged vesion. It is a nightmare to work on.

It is a real 360 Modena Challenge version. They were tired of being left in the dirt by the Porsche cars down the stretch.
