I don't mind some but when you cant leave a vehicle parked outside overnight must be garaged come on thats a little stiff especially when a home builder forgets there are real trucks that have 4doors and a long bed with wide rear fenders.

do you have any lot layouts that could be faxed or mailed along with extra info/ pricing? Will off water lots be within walking distance to docks along with day dock/ weekend usage or?? Do we have to run those wimpy azz golf carts of fire up the Rhinos!!! to the docks as well

No rhinos now.... the HOA can change that if they want but not now. I had them in TN at my deal there and two kids flipped one and one ended up paralyzed so I am not going to allow it under my watch. Golf carts, electric or gas. Roads are too windy and private for rhinos.

You can walk to the docks or take your cart and we will sell slips. 30 to 40 feet.
