Here are some pics of the marina slips under construction. Yes, that is some major structure. They are the most strongly built docks I have ever seen on any inland waterway in the country. 5" C channell, 3" crossbracings, 3/8 steel. All will be painted white. 99% floatation all encapsulated. 26 gauge roof which will be dark green. Man-made decking dark tan in color. These will NOT come apart. Total of 52 slips ranging from 30' to 40' that will be SOLD, not rented, to our property owners ONLY. No outsiders.
