You could say that about most weekends..

Though cruising past a traffic stop blaring "F tha Po-lice" probably moved your name up the list. Maybe even higher than Auston's!

...she pulled us over a few times last year as well. first time was for being on plane when the length of you ride has to be under 27ft...wrong (under 30), she knows now, 2nd for having twin motors, wrong (no such rule), she knows now and third for the same wake problem and she wanted me to idle on one motor, given our ride has an high idle but... she i believe is also the one that last year wasn't paying attention and ran over and chewed up the center marker bouy in front of harbors view.

Well on a side note I had the pleasure of meeting two more of our fine officers, this time they were much more reasonable! About 3am sat night coming home from Hookers we were stopped for going to fast. I explained to the officer we were going at our minimum planing speed, he then informed me they changed it to 25mph at night. I apologized and we went on our way, although my friends that were up from Phoenix were ****ting themselves the whole time!

Nothing wrong with that picture, especially when a 29' cruiser comes by barely on plane while you are talking to them and you have to start your boat back up while still talking to the officers to keep the boats from slamming together!! Once everthing calmed back down it was kind of hard to not make an ass of myself.

25?! When was that changed?? I have to constantly work to keep the 292 on plane at 25. There was nothing wrong with 35.

I've been told to slow down in duck creek but have yet to be hassled about it. I carry a copy of the duck creek rules and a copy of my title showing 29'8" as LOA just in case.

However, I did get my picture taken by a lake patrol for my innovative stern light idea when mine burned out. I caught him snapping the pic and I jokingly said "Am I legal?", he said "Beats an iphone!" and moved on..

The 25 mile speed limit at night was a change in state law, GRDA sent out a letter to all dock owners back in may explaining the new law.

Try keeping a 29 fountain at 25!!!!!! 30-35 is more like it... I know your pain!
