a couple years ago, I went out a few miles on my snowmobile. Lol.
No experience, But I bet it's cold.
I live in Charlevoix County - Northern Lake Michigan. I watch the drift ice come and go in Little Traverse Bay. So I would be Cautious of ice damage to the hull.

Earlier this week it was 5 below, and all I can is think about is finding a newer boat for the season.
There is no place around here to launch in Lake Michigan. We all launch in Lake Charlevoix, which solid and crowded with ice fishing shanties.

Pookie - I'll bet you can do it! Sooner or later there will be a nice sunny day, dress very warm & watch for icebergs!
One problem is you may need to re-winterize engine as there will certainly be more cold days.
It could be pretty lonely out there if you have trouble. Life expectancy in water probally 10 minutes.
However, it probally won't be long & we will see fishing boats going out.
