Hey guys working on 10k sq ft in sterling heights. Keep you posted on the progress - heated and wrenching not a problem. Have to go see it again this weekend and see what I can work out.

21 mile road and I 94 expressway, call bob 586 949 5490 inside on cement floor 24 hr gate acess he has privite and warehouse for rent

I found a great guy that charges me 340 for the winter season for a 34' with an 8' beam.. I thought that was a great deal concrete floor but no heat

So is the consensus indoor non heated storage $10/ft reasonable? I am thinking of opening up a building over here.
