I started a thread on it a while ago, it may be time for updates. I have a lot of irons in the fire with this project between Dave, engines and trannies, updates, bilge and interior. Shooting to get her wet end of summer if all goes somewhat smoothly. We all know how that goes....
I thought I had a lot going on to wrap my project up... Stay focused and utilize a ghant chart.... Cant wait to hear more about...!

Haha, Ghant chart, good one. I did just buy Micr Project for the office. That's not a bad idea. Actually, all it takes is money, lots of friggin' money.....

Aint that the truth! Just keep throwing money at it..... and dont forget to pray to... How you like Project? I use that at work alot... It can however become somewhat cumbersome. Especially when your dates are more or less floating...

Coming from Visio, which I never really used to it's potential, it's a lot more user friendly. Really just used Visio for our Pressure Vessel projects to communicate with the customer. I'm trying to tie in General shop scheduling and marry everything (short lead time orders with long lead time projects, materials, labor, subcontracting, etc.). It's pretty complex and you can easily create a monster! The secret is to only put in what you really need, sometimes too much information makes it too constrained. It's like spending too much time trying to keep track of time.

Where are you at with the Scout? You should update your thread in the paint section. Do you have an entire build thread in the Apache section??? The paint one was very detailed!

Give me a heads up when you head up to Venetian in the spring, we'll catch up.

Boy, isn't that the truth. Most of time when I go to Geneva or Ashtabula, its mostly fishing boats. Not a lot of protection either when things get really rough unless you duck down the Ashtabula River.
