I have a place in MArblehead, but I am at Anchors Away marina, I used to rack Baja there, I use facility but drop Cig in and out every weekend since its too heavy to rack at AA marina, I love it there so I use the building to put Cig in during week...then I am still part of the marina..

I spend every weekend at KI normally...Casino front row

Dave is painting and should wrap up in a couple weeks, Dean is chipping away on the engines, maybe in a couple weeks also. Checking account should be pretty empty at the end of the month!

A few teasers, here is where we are at:

That was a week ago, not sure where he is at now.

Awesome!!! I talked to Dave on Saturday. He said he was really happy on how it was turning out... Do you plan on doing the rest of the re rig yourself once painted, upholstery, and engines done?

batting order;
rigging - me, hopefully with some help from the experts!
engines - Gellner, a few weeks out yet.
interior - XT, prob sometime around the first of 2013....

Hopefully splash her in the Spring, will be a long winter here working in the shop to get it all wrapped up. I saw it for the first time in a long time two Saturday's ago. Dave is doing a great job and it's really coming together. This should be a really nice package when it's all done.

Dave has those flaps if you want them, just give him a call.

Thanks for the generous offer on the flaps. Unfortunately I already have 3 that I bought a while back. Just not hip on how they look... I am happy to hear it is coming together for ya. You definitely have your work cut out for you. If I was closer I would have been more than happy to help. Wiring is not to hard, just tedious... Its best to plan for all electronics regardless if you have the components...... Always order more wiring, connectors, etc. than needed... you will use them... If not, they will come in handy for the next project....

So, looking at the forecast for this weekend, I'm a little discouraged. Was planning on PIB for Oktoberfest. Sunday - 70% Tstorms and winds 27mph+ SSW, you know what that means, big waves. Would you guys chance the return trip on Sunday, about a 20 mile run back......?
