Well holy crap! I just saw the updated version of the St Joe river dredge project. Looks like the river will get dredged in front of our and the yacht club's property! And they say to 6.5 feet at time of dredging.
If this actually happens, I'll happily pay almost whatever they want.
Allegedly starting in May after the fish run.

I have it on my laptop at home, not here at work.
But the plan shows for 6.5 foot dredge from Centennial all the way past the BH launch ramp, along pier 1000, and all the way to the hospital bridge, a diagonal to Brian's marina and along Brian's Marina, a channel up the Morrison channel past Pier 33 all the way to the point of Island Point, a channel along Harbor Isle Marina, the yacht club, and all the way to the end of our condos.
A significant amount of dredging!
