Looking for a storage unit west of Cleveland, rent, lease, buy. Would like a large door, and maybe a 20' x 60' unit. Would like to be able to work on the boat there. Does anyone know of one, or can refer me to the proper place / person?

You look into the storage condos on Pin Oak Parkway?

That would be cool if we could open up a shop for boat storage and to work on stuff. I would think there is a handful of empty shops around Cleveland. I would prefer to rent or lease to give me incentive to build a barn eventually, or move.

Where is Pin Oak pkwy?

Pin Oak Parkway is in Avon Lake off Rte 83. The reason I mentioned it, there are storage/business condos on that road for rent and for sale.

I am right around the corner from Pin Oak. There is a perfect building up my street on Jaycox as well. I will check these out.... Stay tuned.

Nope, not yet but I like the idea of creating a boat "Co-op". I love wrenching and sharing the time with friends... Plus, extra space is always a good thing
