Ice Melt
Anybody got any real time information on the ice. I was at our Marina last weekend and they still had 4 in of solid ice and Lake St Clair is ice as far out as you can see from shore.

I know that I'll be on the inland lakes long before the Great ones. Ice melts fast once the temp shoots up to 60 and the sun is beating down. There will be plenty of debris flushing out of the upper lakes too so I'd be very careful early on and avoid the rivers.
