CONGRATS!!
I'd remove the 502 also, I'd keep em guessing!! Just my personal preference. How'd she run? Speed? Inquiring minds would like to know. |

Ran great, very smooth! River was very rough so I didn't get into it much. On my test run with the previous owner in light chop we saw 71 on the gps. Boat will do 75+, just waiting to get a little more used to it and a nice day to stretch it's sea legs ;) |

I'm up that way quite a bit. I like to run the St. Clair River and into Lake Huron. There is a public beach on Huron just north of Port Huron that a lot of boats go to and anchor just off the beach. It's a nice beach with lots of pretty females and a party store you can walk to. I'll probably see you around next summer. The river is always snotty up by the bridge but usually calms down a bit to the south.

I wouldn`t take the 502 HO off , as a matter of fact now I~m thinking I might put top speed, motor size, fuel capacity and fuel usage on my boat.. cut my gas station time in half!

Had a great run out yesterday in the St. Clair River. Launched from the Black River and headed to downtown St. Clair. The River was very calm and we had it cruising at 55 for a while in some sections. Had a time where 2 boats sandwiched me and forced me between them, smaller boat came just before the larger so its' wake pushed me into the 50' Yacht's wake which make it tricky.... overall not bad and a good tricky experience! Stopped for lunch on the Black River and ripped on it in the only wake zone on the way back and got it to 65 gps and got my first personal feeling/experience of chine walking. Overall great day, learned a lot, and am getting to know the boat very well. Loving it!
