I currently own a 38ZR with newer, stock, Merc 700's (run on 89 octane) Top speed is 109mph with Merc stage 1 X-haust and 17" props. What speed could I expect from a new 39 Rockit and Merc 700's? I sall someone replied 112-114mph in the thread. Are they refering to 700 Mercs or 725 Ilmors?

James, Thanks for the offer but I'm already working with a Hustler dealer in NJ that did some work for me on my Donzi Drives last summer. I wanted to see what Hustler customers had to say about the Rockit's capabilities with Merc 700's.

just curious what trannies are in the 39 ? the spec board at the show said nxt-6 drive? its not running the nxt transmissions is it?.

James, I should note that you are not the only Hustler dealer on Long Island.

The top speed of the 39 Rockit with 725 Ilmors or 700 Merc (with NXT drives) is pretty much a wash. You'll see 113-115 right out of the box either way.

Thanks for the info. I currently have NXT's on my Donzi 38 with 700's. I have not had a problem with the NXT's but heard the #6's are bomb proof. Should I be looking at the new #6's on a Hustler 39 with Merc 700's?

I would consider even contacting them if I were anyone in here. ROLF PAPKE and PROROC Marine in brick Nj are one hundred percent crooks. I hav black and white proof that he got me for over 25k. and if that is not enough, feel free to contact the brick township police and detective burough, or even the ocean county prosecutors office and Toms river dmv director. They are very familiar with his operation and how he really runs his business, Nd that is a fact. He is currently under investigation amd if u end up working with him and ur product isnt completed before he is arrested and shut down, u to will be screwed as I and many others were. Feel free to contact me before u consider giving a crook ur busineas. There are many other hard working honest people out there that could use the business right now.
