If you had have her co-sign so both incomes counted then you'll need to refinanace to get her off the loan.
You're lucky she didn't force you to sell so she can get half the value.

Out of my divorce all I kept were my truck, boat, and my dog.
I couldn't afford to refi the boat out of both names, so the boat had to go away.
I can't think of anything in my house that was part of my first marriage aside from things that I owned previous to the marriage, or items that were specificaly mine (i.e. tools, clothes, office items...)
