Default Best Finance Rates

Who are the best players for low cost, 20 year financing, little down payment with good credit, in the 200K+ range?
So far my local bank is leading @ 6.75@, 10% down.

I don't think your going to do any better then that. Rates are slowly rising and several lenders have shut down their marine dept because of to many default loans. I've been looking around as well in the 150k range. Don't forget to ask about their fee's!

Big difference. Different banks accept different collateral.

To date, either 7.25 or 7.50% @ Citizens Bank, Flint, Mich.
I had some teaser rates @ 6.75% and 6.89%, but they would only finance 80% of loan, and had huge documentation fees; in excess of $1500...
so my local bank, who is also Shogren's favorite lender, is King
